Cancellation Policy
Thank you, your appointment has been successfully scheduled.
If any changes are made to your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid any additional charges. This allows time to offer that time slot to another guest.
A $10 late fee will be charged to tardy appointments (10 minutes). All appointments are subject to cancellation after 5 minutes , as being tardy may cause delays to subsequent client appointments. If tardiness is an on going occurrence, the lash Artist has the right to terminate any future appointments.
Any no show appointments will be charged the full amount to the credit card held on file, which is required to hold any appointment. Cancellations outside of the 48 hr window will result in a 100% no show charge. Deposits are non refundable.
Please arrive on time with lashes cleaned and ready for service. Lashes applied by outside artists will be removed ($25 removal fee will be charged).
All appointments require a non refundable $40 deposit.
Failure to pay any cancellation fees will result being banned from booking any future appointments.
